• Build, develop and manage relationships with system integrators and machine builders
• Engage end users in assigned territories for brand awareness, technology sharing and generating projects
• Map out the business eco-system per end user, to understand the dynamics behind project generation, project award and closing the loop back to our first line customers
• Work closely with technical department for proposals and support
• Work closely with marketing department for events like seminars and roadshows
• Full responsibility for allocated sales targets and customer development
• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation or related field
• Preferably 3 or more years of working experience in related field
• Good knowledge of automation technology, manufacturing and system configurations
• Good sales and marketing skills in a B2B environment
• Proactive, self-starter and team-oriented
• Valid driver’s license with own car/transport
