Job Responsibilities
- Conduct in the area of Thai Labor Law and related, recruitment & selection, employment and welfare, payroll management and HR administration (employee database, filing document HR policies, procedures, corporate agreements and reporting)
- Responsible and accountable for verifying and calculating all payroll transactions accurately inclusive of overtime, expenses and bonuses
- Prepare report accurate Personal Income Tax for employee and Submits the tax declaration with Revenue Department
- Co-ordinate ISO and all related matters to ISO under HR Department
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree Social Science, Political Science, Law, HR or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in payroll, compensation and benefits, and tax
- Problem Solving Skills, service-minded, and detail oriented person
- Good command of English and computer literacy
