Job Description

The Role:
The company is looking for a Finance and HR Manager who will be a successor of the Deputy Managing Director who is currently accountable for overall company management in Finance, Accounting, HR, Material Management, BOI, and Administration. After the training period, the incumbent will be mainly responsible for Finance, Accounting, and HR functions. Regarding the succession plan, you will need to learn how the business works, gain the needed expertise and build up relationships with all stakeholders such as employees, suppliers, customers. When you’re prompt with needed skills, qualifications, and credentials for the role, you’ll take over other functions in Material Management, BOI, and general administration. The perspective is to become a member of the Board of Directors.


Qualifications

The Candidate:
Given this diversity of tasks and the extent of responsibility, the candidate should feel the urge to extend his/her field of activity from finance to the above-mentioned fields. He/She needs to be comfortable to deal with both white- and blue-collar staff and have a hands-on mentality, which means that he /she needs to go into operational details when finding solutions for any challenges. We are looking for a Thai candidate in his/her 40s with the following qualifications :-

• Bachelor or master’s degree in accounting / finance / business administration, with CPD
• Proven experience in management role 5 -10 years (preferably in manufacturing environment)
• Experience and knowledge of accounting and tax for BOI is advantage
• Knowledge of computerized, database, and computer network principle is advantage
• Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Problem solving aptitude
• Multitasker and critical thinker with strong analytical skills
• Excellent organizational skills in both project and routine work
